Good morning! Today's Adventures in Stamping challenge was to stamp using a plate that ends with the number 8. Being that I am fairly new at this I only have one plate that fits this criteria = Pueen 118. I tried 3 different images from that plate and I just could not get any of them to transfer well enough... I tried different polishes as well... epic fail. :(
Sooooo... I was all aggravated and decided I wasn't going to do the challenge and to just try stamping SOMETHING. I chose what I hoped would be an easy image (and it was) from the Mash 35 plate.
I started with OPI You're such a Budapest (one of my new favorites!), stamped with Konad white using Mash-35, then using a dotting tool added the dot in the middle of the flower using Milani Neon Pink Hottie, and finished it all off with a top coat of HK Girl.
This is somewhere around my 10th time ever stamping. I hope I start getting better at it soon. The whole challenge fail was very frustrating.
Well, I am off to Aquatica to spend the day in the sun with my family and play in the kiddie section with my granddaughter. Have a fabulously awesome Sunday!! :)
