Weekend Mani - experimenting

I am very excited about what I did here but I totally have to get a camera instead of taking pics with my phone or IPad.  The pics here don't do it justice.

I started with 3 coats of a polish I go at Victoria's Secret Pink called "White Hot".  I then stamped polka dots using plate # KD3 with Julep "Marion".  Julep Marion was the inspiration for this mani as it is the color I used to paint my toes.  I got it in one of my most recent Julep Maven boxes and had not tried it yet.  I then used my dotting tools and Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear "Celeb City" to add more dots.  I had also never tried my striping tape yet so I wanted to work that in somehow and started taping in diagonals on each nail thinking I would paint Marion on the bottom and Celeb City on the top then take the tape off.  Then I thought instead of that I would try to leave it on and used an eyeshadow applicator to add Celeb City to both the top and bottom.  I loved how this turned out... I was so proud of myself!  LOL!!!  It is killing me that I can't get the photos to really show how great it looks... Must invest in a camera.
